Create Your Account
Sign up with your email address on the home page. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
Connect Your Email
Go to integrations in your dashboard and authorize Tredly to access your Gmail account. We use OAuth for secure authentication.

Once connected, Tredly will begin analyzing your emails and providing smart suggestions to help you manage your inbox more effectively.

Navigate to your dashboard and click on the Integrations tab. Select Gmail and click 'Connect'. You'll be redirected to Google's login page where you can authorize Tredly to access your email account securely using OAuth 2.0.
After authorization, Tredly will start syncing your emails. This process may take a few minutes depending on the size of your mailbox.
Yes, your data is completely safe. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect your data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We never store your Gmail password and only access the data you authorize through OAuth 2.0.
We also comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Yes, you can disconnect your Gmail account at any time. Go to Integrations in your settings and click 'Disconnect' next to your Gmail account. This will immediately stop Tredly from accessing your email and remove all synced data within 30 days.
Tredly syncs your emails in real-time. When new emails arrive, they should appear in Tredly within seconds. If you notice emails are not syncing, try refreshing the page or re-authorizing your Gmail connection in the Integrations section.
Currently, Tredly supports one Gmail account per workspace. If you need to use multiple accounts, you can create separate workspaces and connect a different Gmail account to each one.
When you delete your account, all your data is immediately removed from our servers. We retain backups for 30 days for disaster recovery purposes, but after that, your data is permanently deleted.
You can request data deletion at any time by going to Settings > Delete Account or contacting our support team.
Tredly requires an internet connection to function, as it relies on real-time synchronization with your Gmail account. However, we have plans to implement offline support in future versions.
